I made it fairly apparent at the last show that I started my gym membership at the beginning of february so I decided to give an update and a heads up to everybody.
first is the update and its quite substantial for just a few weeks of work. I have added 2 inches to my calf, 1 inch to my forearm 1 and a half inches to my bicep dropped 2 inches in my waist current weight is the same as it has been since I started, 306.4 but I was up at 308.8 at my peak gym weight.
Now the heads up, I should really be dropping pounds and inches in the next 2 to 3 weeks as my metabolism is changing little by little and by april 3rd I will probably look like a new man.

another few updates.
Went from size 50 pants to 48's now the 48's are falling down so I should be going down to 46's.
second announcement. I am getting off the machines and heading to freeweights and heavy bags.
third and final announcement is that I was working on the inclined leg press and pressed 565 pounds in reps.
Those are all my announcements for now and I will tell you more in a month or so.

another update.
Have lost 3% body fat since I started training.
My biceps have gone down a bit in size but they are much more solid so its a loss for the win in a way.
I had made it down to 300 pounds even last week but went up some unfortunately because I haven't been able to hit the gym like I have been.
My inclined leg press weight is up to 635 and doing 3 sets 10 reps.
started doing skull crusher tricep raises on the decline. 35 pounds 10 reps followed by 5 quick presses and a sit up 2 sets of those
curling bar wide grip tricep dip at 35 pounds 10 reps 2 sets narrow grip 10 reps 1 set and curling grip 10 reps 3 sets
Working the heavy bags as well as speed bags and getting some serious power with them. May do some mma fights in a month or two.
thats it for the updates for now but hopefully before the next show I will get under 300 pounds.

its that time again.
Just did my 3 month measurements and have the results.
5 inches lost on my waist
3 inches gained in my biceps
3 inches gained in my calves
chest is still at 50 inches.
working on tricep presses and doing the full stack on the seated pullover machine. 20 15lb plates
doing 6 sets of multi grip inclined and declined presses. In total 180 reps at 80 pounds 6 sets of 5 reps on narrow grip 5 reps on normal grip 5 reps on wide grip. Start in the inclined position and then switch to declined and do it all again.
I am benching 115 pounds now on the flat bench 5 reps 3 sets.
Doing lots of isolation type workouts hitting all the vital and overlooked muscles in my arms and working my lats traps delts and wrist.
I am doing shrugs at 170 pounds 10 reps 3 sets with dumbbells and 145 pounds 10 reps 3 sets on the straight bar.
Doing punch downs on the cable crossover along with single arm pullovers and straight arm pull downs all in succession at 70 pounds 10 punches 5 pullovers and 5 pull downs in 3 sets on each arm.
doing 10 knee raises on the ab chair.
almost doing the full stack on the back extension. 200 pounds is max, I am able to do 150 pounds 10 times and 175 pounds 3 times.
doing full extension crunches on the last position on the ab crunch machine at 100 pounds. 75 reps 3 sets.
Doing 215 pound upright rows 10 reps 3 sets.
Seated rows 215 pounds 10 reps 5 sets
T bar row 135 pounds 10 reps 3 sets.
Tricep Extension 90 pounds 10 reps 3 sets.
Skull crushers 65 pounds 5 reps 3 sets with 5 presses at the end of each press out.
All the rest is still pretty much the same but always room for improvement.

Here we go. Significant update tonight in regards to my leg press.
within striking distance of the gym record now, I pressed 940 pounds 2 times.
benching 135 pounds from negative now
doing declined dumbbell pullovers with 40 pounds and flat bench pullovers with 60 pounds.
reverse squats at 90 pounds but normal squats at 180.
hopefully by the time the next show I would be able to squat the weight of rex or the machine.

1061.5 pounds 5 times.

been a long time since I did an update so here goes.
Now I hold a few records at the gym.
inclined leg press 1305 pounds 10 times with supplements 1265 5 times without.
hack squat 720 pounds 5 times
seated dumbbell pullovers 90 pounds 5 times and 110 pounds single rep.
flat bench pullover 125 pounds 5 times.
straight bar shrugs 365 pounds 4 times 315 8 times and 225 12 times
box squats at 225 pounds on the 2 foot step up box.
stepped up my own personal record on the preacher curl today as well. 105 pounds 5 times.
My weight is unfortunately way up and it is not muscle I am back into 48's now.
That is it for now.
